Shepherd’s Staff is on the lookout for people who would like to join the ministry team. We seek godly individuals whose goal is to strengthen churches, encourage congregations, and equip people of the rural plains. The positions listed below are for missionaries who raise support for their income, and are our priorities to fill. Director of Programming & Events
| An organized individual who is able to plan and carry out Shepherd’s Staff events, lead our paintball program, and help groups with programming needs. |
Director of Fundraising
| A motivated individual who can form relationships with donors, present the needs of the Shepherd’s Staff ministry, and create a designated giving program. |
Pastor to Pastors
| An individual who seeks to minister specifically to the pastors of western Kansas, southern Nebraska, and eastern Colorado. Attend ministerial meetings, meet with pastors, and serve the pastors who come to Shepherd’s Staff during events or on personal retreat. |
