Because Shepherd’s Staff receives no denominational support, federal grants or other substantial endowments, we have no such reservoirs to substitute for the faithful prayer and tax deductible gifts from individuals like you. This process is called walking by faith, and it allows us to continue to serve the churches of the rural plains.

Shepherd’s Staff offers a variety of meeting spaces. Our large Main Center dining area will seat up to 100 people for dining or meetings. The Ranch House caters to a more casual crowd, with informal seating for 30-40. The auditorium in The Hall will hold 150-200 people for large meetings. Other meeting areas work well for smaller, more intimate groups.

We have DVD players and VCRs in our facilities. The Hall and the Main Center also have sound systems; The Hall also has a full light board to operate spotlights and other special equipment. We have a projector mounted in The Hall for projecting onto our big screen. We also make available a portable projector for use in our other meeting areas.

Wireless internet is available throughout our campus. It is password protected so that your group can decide whether or not to access it. Just ask one of our staff for the password if you wish to access the internet.

Most cell phone companies have reception here in Rexford. Some T-Mobile customers have experienced low signal while here.

We have equipment for a variety of recreational activities. In addition to our paintball course, we have a bounce house, pool, carpet pool, foos ball, and ping pong. We also have basketballs and volleyballs and a variety of games.

We require a $150 deposit to secure your date. The meal portion of your event is due two weeks prior to the beginning of your event. This helps us plan and prepare and helps you get your people to commit to attending. The final balance is due upon arrival. Please be aware that once you confirm numbers for food, we are unable to refund that money, so it is good to be as accurate as possible when planning. We can adjust lodging numbers through the time of your arrival.

We will apply your deposit towards another event to be held within twelve months. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any portion of your food payment in the event of a cancellation.

In order to be considerate to all of our guests, we have a no smoking and no alcohol policy on all of our campus.

Due to health codes, we cannot allow pets in our facilities. We do have accommodations for dogs; many of our pheasant hunters use these accommodations for their dogs.
